If you find it hard to talk with us directly, for example, if you’re dealing with a bereavement or other challenging circumstances, you may prefer to nominate someone else to speak on your behalf about your policy. This is what we call a trusted alternative contact.
A trusted alternative contact will be authorised to discuss your claim or policy when needed. However, they won’t be able to cancel your policy, that’s something only you as the policyholder can do.
